These terms describe the agreement between your club and ClubDesk for use of the platform. By creating an account or continuing to use ClubDesk, you agree to these terms.
Using ClubDesk
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for the content your team enters into ClubDesk.
Acceptable use
- Do not use ClubDesk to break the law or infringe on others' rights.
- Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the platform.
- Do not upload malware or misuse the messaging features.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period selected. Prices and inclusions for each plan are shown on the pricing section. You can change plans at any time by contacting our team.
Availability
We work hard to keep ClubDesk available and fast, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and unexpected outages can happen.
Termination
You can stop using ClubDesk at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the platform or other users at risk.
Liability
ClubDesk is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClubDesk is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
